MEAL PREP RULES THE DAY!!!!

In order to get the results I did, nutrition and managing it was the key to the whole operation. I would food shop and meal prep on Sundays getting everything I needed for the week prepared and portioned out so I didn't hav to think about it. I would also plan out family dinners for the week so my macros were already completed before the week even started.
