"LIVING YOUR HEALTHIEST LIFE ON THE BACK-NINE"

The “Back Nine” (B-9) traditionally refers to the second nine holes of an 18-hole golf-course with holes 1 through 9 known as the "Front Nine", and holes 10 through 18 referred to as the "Back Nine". It's where golfers often need to dig deep, focusing on precision and strategy, especially if the "Front Nine" didn't go as planned. The "Back Nine" in this case however refers to life, the "Front Nine" being the life I lived up until mid-life/50, and the back nine being the rest of the life I have left. With heart disease, cancer, and diabetes prevalent on both sides of my family, doing everything I can to avoid all of these is crucial. My goal is to remain healthy and spend as much time as I can with the people I love and care about while still enjoying the things in life that make it worth living. Everything in moderation, including moderation..... 


After completing my own six-month body recomposition/fat loss program in 2025, I took to social media to thank my coach and show my results, and was overwhelmed by the number of people who reached out and were curious about how I achieved myresults. I am currently helping some friends on their own fitness/health journey and it was accountability that allowed me to succeed on my previous program, so providing the same accountability to people who are on their own fitness journey is keeping me motivated  and  continuing on my own journey.

If you are just starting a program of this kind, please be PATIENT, the results will come. It is not going to happen overnight. Depending on what your goals are, give yourself 6 months to a year to achieve a real change. This will allow for steady progress and avoid extreme strategies and practices which will have you quitting before you reach your goals. The "get shredded in 30 day" challenges are simply not achievable for the average person unless you are starting from a very low body fat percentage to begin with. The magic is in appreciating the journey and not just the end result. Keeping stacking those days together!!!!
