
The “Back Nine” (B-9) traditionally refers to the second nine holes of an 18 hole golf-course with holes 1 through 9 are called the Front Nine, while holes 10 through 18 referred to as the Back Nine, and it's where golfers often need to dig deep, focusing on precision and strategy, especially if the Front Nine didn't go as planned. The Back Nine also and in this case however refers to life, the front nine being the life lived up util mid-life/50, and the back nine being the rest of the life you have to live. That’s what the B-9 project is for me, the time I have left and the choices I'm making to maximize that time to be able to spend it with all the people I love and care about it,.
The goal of the B9 is full transparency on my own journey and sharing my progress, recipes, music and every other thing that inspires or helps helps me reach my goals on a daily basis so I can help others who are also trying to start and/or maintain their own wellness journey.
